A small bakery, built on family recipes

Dolce & Bake opened its doors in a small corner of South Orlando with one goal: bring the flavors of home to a new city. Every recipe on our menu — from the arepas to the dulce de leche cookies — comes from family kitchens in Venezuela, adapted with care for our bakery case.

We're a small team, which means every plate that leaves our kitchen has been touched by someone who genuinely cares how it turns out. It's slower that way, but it's the only way we know how to do it.

In our first year, Orlando showed up for us in a big way — and it's the reason we get to keep doing what we love every morning.
